Cang Zhen

Dance Poetry Drama Ci Chu Xiao Xiang is created by Department of Publicity of Yongzhou City, Performing Group of Hunan Province, Department of Culture Tourism and Sports of Yongzhou City, under the guidance of Government of Yongzhou. The production is based on traditional culture of Yongzhou, discovering the spirit of Xiaoxiang culture and presenting the beauty of Xiaoxiang region. It combines minimalism and aesthetics of traditional poetry drama, modern music and set design to create a style of classic and fashion. The audience get to enjoy Chinese aesthetics and traditional culture of Xiaoxiang, while immersed in Xiaoxiang’s spirit and modern vibe.

Jin Chen and founder of Zhiren Experimental theatre, award-winning choreographer Xiao Zhiren co-directed the 4th chapter Cang Zhen. In this piece, theatre, contemporary dance and traditional martial arts are fused together.

国潮⾳乐舞蹈诗剧《此处潇湘》是在中共永州市委、永州市⼈⺠政府指导下，由中共永州市委宣传部、湖南省演艺集团、永州市⽂旅⼴体局永州市经投公司联合打造，悉⼼梳理永州经典⽂化，深⼊挖掘潇湘⽂化的精神⽓质，精⼼呈现潇湘之美，将传统诗剧的简约、抒情、写意、融⼊现代⾳乐舞美布景，⼒图兼具经典魅⼒与时尚⽓息，让观众感受中国古典审美和潇湘⽂化经典的同时，品味潇湘⽂化被赋予精神价值和现代⽓息的⽆穷魅⼒。
陈晶晶导演和智仁实验剧场创始⼈肖智仁联合编导了其中第四篇《藏真》，其中融合了戏剧、现代舞和武术等⼿法。
