This is a project commissioned by 2023 Guangzhou Liwan Autumn Poetry Festival, aiming to revive traditional poems about Liwan with a contemporary performance.
Chanting and singing is the main form for this performance. The tune and balance between chanting and singing is what's looked for. Combined with electronic sound effect and music, this performance intends to give the traditional poems the contemporary tonality.
